Cole's practice number is #11. That's not his regular season number....His regular #3.

Vacation is over....

We had a great time!! We spent a week in Destin then Saturday night spent the night in Louisiana.

Johnnie is such a great kid that has a wonderful love for life! He and his dad are sooo close, we included his dad in a few of his senior pictures!

We managed to get some pictures of him in between his baseball practice and summer school!!

A lot going on...

Well in the past few months a lot of things have gone on at Tracielynn Photography.

As some of you might already know, I am now working from my house. I am going to do mostly outdoor sessions. With notice, I can do some small indoor sessions.... example: Senior close up (cap and gown) and newborn sessions...if you want other inside sessions, let's see what we can do. With some notice and planning I am sure we can set up for just about anything inside.

I still have the same phone number...you can still call my cell number 936/332-0597.

I will be out of town next week, I will be in South Carolina doing some 2010 Senior Sessions. I will try to post pics as I am there taking them....depends on wi-fi service where I will be staying. I am really excited about these sessions, I love going to new places to take pictures. We are going to be going to one of my favorite places Mepkin Abbey ( www.mepkinabbey.com ) this place is absolutely gorgeous!!

Nelson is a really good kid. He and his sister came in today for his Senior session.

Nelson is graduating from Diboll High and is going to start out at Angelina College. He is working towards a degree in Criminal Justice. Nelson wants to be a Probation Officer...which I think would be a Great job! Anyone that knows me, knows I like the Criminal Justice field.

Hot water heater....

I have not been in my office this week. Tuesday my son was sworn in to the US Army. He joined the Future Soldier Program. Then today my hot water heat busted and my house is flooded!! We have been walking in water. Service Master has shown up and are cleaning up the mess. They have had to rip up carpet in my bedroom, the hallway, and my daughter's room...maybe my son's room.

I am going to try to be back in the office tomorrow. Call me if you need me.

Meet Aaron. He is a Senior at Diboll High School. Aaron is a great guy...I have known him since he was a little kid. He has grown up to be quite a young man. We have scheduled another session for Aaron during baseball season. He is a catcher for DHS Varsity team and we want to get some pictures of him playing baseball.

Little Mr. Brendan

You remember the Reynolds family that I did pictures of for Oplove. Well, this is a continuation of that session. Michelle had the baby! Michael came in for the birth then left the next day to return to training.

He was a doll!! He was the biggest newborn baby I had ever taken pictures of. Brendan was less than 1 day old when we took these pictures.

Maternity Pictures

I know this is kind of backwards (new pics of the baby are below...), but here is the story.

My sister-in-law has been wanting some maternity pictures with her husband we just could not get together to get them done.

Well, Wednesday after she went to the doctor she called and asked me if we could go ahead and do them that night, she did not know how much longer she had. The doctor had told her any time now.

Well, during the photo session her back was killing her...we thought it was just her being pregnant....well, as you can see from the previous posting that's not what it was. She was in labor. She was having back labor pains!!!!

So, thankfully we got her maternity pictures done, even if it was at the last minute.

Gabe and Lindsey, I am soooo excited about the new baby. I can't wait to take pictures of him for years to come!! Blog readers: Here you go, a new baby for you to see on here and follow him as he grows. I am sure we will have tons of pictures of him.

A new addition to our family

Ayden Joseph Christopher Gonzales was born today at 11:49 am. He weighed 6lbs 12 ounces. He was 18 1/2" long.

Hurricane Ike - pics of Diboll

Well, we are just getting our power back so I thought I would post some pictures from around Diboll after Hurricane Ike.

I rode around Sunday looking at the damage and took a few pictures. They were taken in the rain and from my truck!! :-)

We, as a community, are so lucky we did not get any more damage than we did. We definately should be thankful we didnt get hit as bad as Galveston and Houston.

As some of you know, my sister lives in Galveston. She did return to her home to see it. Her community is not allowing them to move back in, but they can start clean up. From what she says it will be over a month or longer before they regain power. She said her house was not damaged as bad as some of them. Atleast her house is still there!! That is more than most have.

I had a great session today with Jessica.

She is a great girl that has a great personality. Before I begin a session I always sit down with my client to see what they want/expect from their session....well, during our interview Jessica told me she wanted a picture with her dad's picture and his hat. Jessica lost her dad a few months ago and wanted to do a picture with these items. At first I was nervous about it, I haven't done anything like this before.

Well, I had an idea and we tried it.....I will post more pictures from her session, but I was looking at these first and I LOVE this picture!! I hope Jessica and her family do too.

Diboll started football scrimmages today. They played against themselves, but the boys had a great time!! It was a nice day. Not to hot.... That's always nice for football season. Check out my proofing page for more pictures from todays scrimmage. Next weekend we play Hardin-Jefferson on Saturday at the stadium.

Also, remember next Friday night is Meet the Jacks Night!! This will take place at the Diboll High School Gym @ 6:00 pm.

Back from vacation

We are just getting in from vacation!! Man, I am sooo not ready to go back to work tomorrow. My lucky husband is still off...he doesnt go back until August 2...how lucky is that? :-)

Well, we did not have internet access as we thought we would have. I do have some pictures to post though. My brother in law brought his jet ski and they had so much fun on it.

If you have not been to Lake Placid in Sequin it is GREAT!!!! The water was wonderful!!! The kids had such a great time swimming. Kenzie and her friend even slept outside by the water one night...it was just so nice.

Anyway, gotta get things unpacked, I will post pictures this week.

I have emails to answer and some orders to process...I will get to them this week. Please be patient.

I am going to be on vacation July 20-28th.

I will post pictures of our vacation through out the week (we are supposed to have internet at our vacation house...)

We are floating the river in New Braunfels and the kids are going to Schlitterbahn. I want to do some site seeing...I have heard Gruene and Wimberly are beautiful old towns.

We are then bringing the kids back and are going to Galveston - CHILDLESS!!!! lol

Logan is a great 7 week old. He was such a good good baby!! I don't think I have ever seen such an active baby his age. He is constant wiggling around.

My first maternity session

This was my first maternity session and we had a lot of fun!!!! We are going to do more pictures in a few months...she is 6 months along. The next session we are going to do some with her husband Gabriel.

I know I havent posted in a while, but I have been caught up with life. I am sure all of you understand this.

I have 3 sessions scheduled for Saturday and I will blog those Saturday night or Sunday. Keep checking back for updates. I am excited about Saturday...I have a session with a 2 month old baby boy, a maternity session (a new adventure for me), and a family session.

I am also going to try to get some pictures of me with my motorcycle for all to see. I have had soooo many people ask where are the pictures with me and my bike!! LOL

If anyone out there has a motorcycle and would like some pictures with your bike. Call me!!! I have really enjoyed those sessions. Most motorcycle owners are proud of their bikes....I want to help people display that proudness!!

A Diboll Senior....Lacey

We went out this morning with Ms. Lacey. Lacey is a Diboll High Senior and is graduating in just a few weeks and is a sweet, sweet girl.

We fought mesquitos, critters, glass, and more. Despite all of that, we got some really great pictures.

Lacey, if we didn't learn anything else today, we learned trains have the right of way, right?? Haha Good luck to you in your future, Lacey.

Ms. Alanah was only 6 days old. She is a beautiful baby and I had the pleasure of taking her first pictures.

Erica and Kenzie's birthdays are real close and they are good friends, sooooo we took their 16th birthday pictures together.

We had such a great time!! We experienced so many things today in our short time taking pictures. The girls got into ants, lost their cell phones (thanks to the Diner owner, they were returned), climbed on a fire truck, and had a water fight!! This was problary the most fun I have ever had on a session!

Mineral Wells State Park (Texas)

As some of you know, I am out of town at a training for the prison. We, Chris and I, found this great park!! These pictures are straight out of my camera....Hope you like them.

By the way, this park is the Mineral Wells State Park in Mineral Wells, Texas. This park is awesome. Wish I lived closer to it.

I am back from Houston. My father in law is in good spirits, thank you to everyone for your prayers. Please continue with them. He is still in the hospital, the doctors are saying he may be released Monday. They have not made a definate decision yet. Please pray that they will release him Monday, my mother in law is exhausted and my father in law really wants to come home.

I sent out an email today to everyone on my mailing list from my proofing site. I want to share the same info with everyone that views my blog. Here is a copy of the same letter I sent via email.

Unfortunately I will be out of the studio for a couple of days at the end of the week.

As some of you know, my father in law was admitted to St. Luke's hospital in Houston. We are not sure how long he will be there. I will be in Houston at the hospital Thur through the weekend, if need be. Please keep our family in your prayers.

A few weeks ago we posted on our blog that the first person that came in to see the NEW studio and mentioned they saw it here would receive a free session!!

Calandrea Rusher-Hart has claimed that free session!!! We will be doing her session sometime in the next few weeks. Keep checking back for her family pictures.

Our studio is moving!! The new studio is bigger!!!

We will be up and running at the new location next week. Come by and check things out (after 5 pm).

We will have more to offer our clients at the new location.

This was the last scrimmage of the season. Starting Monday the regular season begins! Friday night Diboll JV played against Central JV. (My son, Cole, is #4!!)
